Detroit Lakes Public Library is thrilled to launch a program offered through a partnership between Lake Agassiz Regional Library and Detroit Lakes Public Schools. This fall we're expanding the LARL Student Card program to Detroit Lakes, providing immediate opt-in access to students in grades K-12. Families can easily opt-in their students through their Skyward Family Access. The mission of this project is to remove barriers to obtaining a library card for students by allowing students to access library resources with their student ID number.

We are hoping that by providing ease-of-access to library materials and services, students and their families will become more familiar with the Detroit Lakes Public Library and all it has to offer - for both enjoyment and educational purposes.
